Enabling Javascript

Javascript needs to be enabled to open and close the optional form fields. Below are instructions for the most popular browsers:

Internet Explorer (and most AOL browsers)

Cookies

1. From the main menu, select Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click the Privacy tab, then in the middle of the box click Advanced.
3. On the right, verify that Always Allow Session Cookies is checked. Session cookies are all that are used on this website. Alternatively, if you wish, you may set First Party Cookies to Accept. You may leave Third Party cookies blocked.
4. Click OK and follow this link to verify your browser accepted the settings.

Javascript

1. From the main menu, select Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab, then in the bottom of the box click Custom Level.
3. Scroll to the bottom and locate the Scripting section. Verify that Active Scripting is set to Enable.
4. Click OK, when it asks you if you are sure you want to change the security settings for this zone click YES, follow this link to verify your browser accepted the settings.

FireFox

Cookies

1. From the main menu, select Tools > Options.
2. Click the Privacy icon, then the Cookies tab.
3. Check the boxes Allow sites to set Cookies and optionally for the originating site only.
4. Click OK and follow this link to verify your browser accepted the settings.

Javascript

1. From the main menu, select Tools > Options.
2. Click the Content tab, then check the box Enable Javascript.
3. Click OK and follow this link to verify your browser accepted the settings.
